'Photographs of Penarth Dock, showing shipping vessels' - Two photographs from the former Penarth District Local History Society collection which are held at the Glamorgan Archives, Cardiff. A great view of activity at the Penarth Dock in the period c.1910 to c.1920. Unfortunately, the Archive has no other information available which supports these photographs, so, I suggest that you just enjoy the views of the dock at work (plus the colourised version). Thank you whoever you are for capturing these moments in time for us to ponder what life was like back then! [599] [archive ref : DPHS-1-13,14] [20170925]
