1904 - An advertisement for Penarth Dock, Port of Cardiff, which was published within the Railway Year Book of 1904 and 1906. It provides a detailed overview of the facilities and statistics pertaining to our Penarth heritage. The book records that on the 10th January 1904 a new railway line between Penarth and Cardiff of the Taff Vale Railway Company was opened for passenger traffic to Penarth Curve Junction on the Great Western Railway.
