1st June 1912 - No. 5 hydraulic coal hoist under construction at Penarth Dock the work of Tannett Walker Limited. There are some handwritten notes on the page which state : -

A - Nearly the whole of the rivetting-up completed.
B - Casing on main cylinders, both sides.
C - Part of gear for winding point and shute up, but not fixed.
D - Casing on front of 8-ton crane cylinders on.
