29th June 1913 - No. 4 hydraulic coal hoist under construction at Penarth Dock the work of the East Ferry Road Engineering Company Limited. The note at the side of the photograph states :

6 Ton Crane and Jib in position.
Both foundation Bolt Brackets and Bolts in position back side.
