20th July 1913 - No. 4 hydraulic coal hoist under construction at Penarth Dock the work of the East Ferry Road Engineering Company Limited. The update note at the side of the photograph states : Sheave for Shute Wire Fixed. The original of this photograph is held at the archive of the National Museum of Wales.
