Jack Sullivan - 'Old Cardiff Docklands' - (1925 - 2002) - Jack was a British Transport Policeman and his beat often took him to Tiger Bay and the Cardiff docklands. He sketched what he experienced including the drunken, the criminal and the ladies of the night.
