'Pamir' - 'A bow view with 'Passat' moored astern'
'Pamir' - 'A bow view with 'Passat' moored astern' [001] The building on the bottom left of the image is the Mission to Seamen. The height of the masts impresses and makes you appreciate the sheer bravery and trust in each other that the hands had in each other to furl and unfurl the sails as they rose up and down and rolled side to side in the seas buffeted by the wind and rain whilst standing on icy footings when in Southern latitudes.
