Barry Docks

Barry Docks - A busy view of the docks with the steamship 'Venus' moored at the left. I'm not too sure of the exact location but the steamy trails in the distance would suggest that we looking toward the town of Barry. Another photograph with colourised version from the Penarth Dock Collection. [000] [001]

A selection of circa. 1900 views taken from 'The Wonder View Album of Penarth & Barry Dock District.' Clearly a publication which felt that the interests of the Bute Dynasty at Cardiff should not be represented therein. [001] [393]
