1989 - The Custom House, Penarth Dock. The fine building boarded up and in a dilapidated state when the Cardiff Bay Development Initiative was under way. Thankfully the building was saved and turned to good use serving lovely meals. I've have enjoyed exploring the building and sampling the fine fish dishes on my visits back to an area which holds such warmth in my heart!
