Taff Vale Railway 0-6-2T Class 'U1' locomotive number 196 at Penarth Dock Station. Built by the Vulcan Foundry Limited at Newton-le-Willows, Lancashire in 1896, she survived into the GWR era having been redesignated loco number 599.
