An enlarged front elevation of the 21-ton locomotive coal wagon which was a variant on the 20-ton (subsequently upgraded to 21-ton capacity). The wagon illustrated above has three side doors and no end doors for use on the coal tips of the Welsh ports but the overall dimensions and general construction is identical.
