It was to be rebuilt as a hotel but the cost has escalated as decades of decay and neglect have taken their toll on the fine old building. The signage 'Dangerous structure - keep out' is a justified warning since only a few months previously the roof extension fell in at the left hand end of the building without warning. [001]
