Looking north-west towards Cogan Junction from a road overbridge constructed for the redevelopment of Penarth Dock as a marina and showing the start of the uphill gradient to Penarth station (Behind camera). The overbridge beyond bears the dual-carriageway M4-A4232 Cardiff Bay link.
