1891 - s.s. 'Aira Force' - Declaration of Ownership of a Body Corporate - signed by Mr. W. S. Kennaugh and dated 2nd April 1891 in the presence of Mr. Staples the Registrar of Shipping at the Port of Whitehaven.

The statement of truth reads : I, the undersigned William Simm Kennaugh of Whitehaven in the county of Cumberland of the " Aira Force " Steamship Company, declare as follows : - The said Company was incorporated by virtue of the Companies Act 1862 to 1890 from the Twelfth day of March in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety one, being the clerk of the Certificate of complete registration - The said Company is subject to the Laws of the said Act, and has its principal place of business at Queens Dock, Whitehaven.'
