The route was swallowed up under 'Butliz' as a young lady called it, who worked within its fences at the camp! She used to squeeze through a gap in the fence to meet up with me! 'X' marks the approx. location of the car in the photograph. The OS map was revised 1938 and published in 1948. [398] [010]
